1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI Point BD (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
3. Credits & Billing
- New accounts receive 10 free trial credits upon signup.
- Credits are consumed per AI image generation, caption generation, and social media post. Current rates are displayed in the app.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or publish content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Generate or publish content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform, including Facebook's Platform Policies and Community Standards.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service for spam, scams, or deceptive practices.
5. Intellectual Property
- Your content: you retain ownership of the prompts you write and the content you publish through the Service.
- AI-generated images: images generated by our AI providers are yours to use for commercial and non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider (currently FLUX, OpenAI, or Replicate).
- Our platform: the Service itself, including its code, design, and branding, is our intellectual property and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
6. Facebook Platform Compliance
When using the Facebook integration features:
- You agree to comply with Facebook's Platform Policies, Community Standards, and Terms of Service.
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish to your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts through our Service.
- We are not responsible for any actions Facebook may take against your account or content, including but not limited to content removal, account suspension, or termination.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. Please see our Data Deletion Instructions page for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Refer to our Data Deletion Instructions for the full process.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

১. শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ
এআই পয়েন্ট বিডি (“পরিষেবা”) ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনি যদি সম্মত না হন, তাহলে পরিষেবাটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।
২. অ্যাকাউন্টের দায়িত্ব
- আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের লগইন তথ্য গোপন রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার।
- অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করার সময় সঠিক ও পূর্ণাঙ্গ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
- আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে সংঘটিত সকল কার্যকলাপের জন্য আপনি দায়ী।
- পরিষেবাটি ব্যবহার করতে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৩ বছর হতে হবে। ১৮ বছরের কম হলে অভিভাবকের সম্মতি প্রয়োজন।
৩. ক্রেডিট ও বিলিং
- নতুন অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধনের পর ১০টি বিনামূল্যের ট্রায়াল ক্রেডিট প্রদান করা হয়।
- প্রতিটি এআই ইমেজ জেনারেশন, ক্যাপশন জেনারেশন এবং সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পোস্টের জন্য ক্রেডিট খরচ হয়। বর্তমান রেট অ্যাপে প্রদর্শিত হয়।
- ক্রেডিট স্থানান্তরযোগ্য নয় এবং এর কোনো নগদ মূল্য নেই।
- আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত নোটিশ সহ ক্রেডিট মূল্য পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
৪. গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার
আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে আপনি পরিষেবাটি ব্যবহার করবেন না নিম্নলিখিত কাজের জন্য:
- অবৈধ, ক্ষতিকর, হয়রানিমূলক, মানহানিকর বা আপত্তিকর কন্টেন্ট তৈরি বা প্রকাশ করা।
- অন্যের মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘন করে এমন কন্টেন্ট তৈরি বা প্রকাশ করা।
- ফেসবুকের প্ল্যাটফর্ম নীতিমালা এবং কমিউনিটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড সহ যেকোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্ল্যাটফর্মের শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করা।
- পরিষেবাটি রিভার্স-ইঞ্জিনিয়ার, হ্যাক বা ব্যাহত করার চেষ্টা করা।
- স্প্যাম, স্ক্যাম বা প্রতারণামূলক কাজের জন্য পরিষেবাটি ব্যবহার করা।
৫. মেধাস্বত্ব
- আপনার কন্টেন্ট: আপনার লেখা প্রম্পট এবং পরিষেবার মাধ্যমে প্রকাশিত কন্টেন্টের মালিকানা আপনার কাছেই থাকবে।
- এআই-নির্মিত ইমেজ: আমাদের এআই প্রোভাইডার দ্বারা নির্মিত ইমেজগুলো বাণিজ্যিক ও অবাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনার, তবে তা অন্তর্নিহিত এআই প্রোভাইডারের (বর্তমানে FLUX, OpenAI, বা Replicate) শর্তাবলী সাপেক্ষে।
- আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম: পরিষেবাটি নিজেই, এর কোড, ডিজাইন এবং ব্র্যান্ডিং সহ, আমাদের মেধাস্বত্ব এবং অনুমতি ছাড়া অনুলিপি বা পুনর্বিতরণ করা যাবে না।
৬. ফেসবুক প্ল্যাটফর্ম সম্মতি
ফেসবুক ইন্টিগ্রেশন বৈশিষ্ট্যগুলো ব্যবহার করার সময়:
- আপনি ফেসবুকের প্ল্যাটফর্ম নীতিমালা, কমিউনিটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড এবং পরিষেবার শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত আছেন।
- আপনার ফেসবুক পেজ এবং ইনস্টাগ্রাম বিজনেস অ্যাকাউন্টে প্রকাশিত কন্টেন্টের জন্য আপনি সম্পূর্ণরূপে দায়ী।
- ফেসবুক আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বা কন্টেন্টের বিরুদ্ধে যে কোনো পদক্ষেপ নিলে (কন্টেন্ট অপসারণ, অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড বা বন্ধ করা সহ) আমরা দায়ী নই।
৭. ডেটা ও গোপনীয়তা
পরিষেবার আপনার ব্যবহার আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি দ্বারাও নিয়ন্ত্রিত। যেকোনো সময় আপনার ডেটা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করার অধিকার আপনার রয়েছে। বিস্তারিত জানতে আমাদের ডেটা মুছে ফেলার নির্দেশিকা পৃষ্ঠাটি দেখুন।
৮. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
পরিষেবাটি “যেমন আছে” ভিত্তিতে কোনো প্রকার ওয়ারেন্টি ছাড়াই প্রদান করা হয়েছে। আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমা পর্যন্ত:
- আমরা গ্যারান্টি দিচ্ছি না যে পরিষেবাটি নিরবচ্ছিন্ন, ত্রুটিমুক্ত বা আপনার নির্দিষ্ট প্রয়োজনীয়তা পূরণ করবে।
- আপনার পরিষেবা ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
- যেকোনো দাবির জন্য আমাদের মোট দায়বদ্ধতা দাবির পূর্ববর্তী ১২ মাসে আপনি আমাদের প্রদত্ত অর্থের (যদি থাকে) মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ।
৯. সমাপ্তি
আমরা এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘনের জন্য বা অন্য যেকোনো কারণে, নোটিশ সহ বা ছাড়াই, যেকোনো সময় আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। আপনি যেকোনো সময় আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। সম্পূর্ণ প্রক্রিয়ার জন্য আমাদের ডেটা মুছে ফেলার নির্দেশিকা দেখুন।
১০. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
আমরা সময় সময় এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। বড় কোনো পরিবর্তন হলে আমরা ইমেইল বা পরিষেবার মাধ্যমে আপনাকে জানাব। পরিবর্তনের পর পরিষেবা ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা নতুন শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
১১. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত। যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
