Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Hard Nut Inc website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Hard Nut Inc provides technology support, IT consulting, network setup, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, data backup, and AI-powered services including social media automation and generative AI. The scope, timeline, and cost of each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials, and use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Payment Terms

Fees are outlined in the Service Agreement. Invoices are payable within 15 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges at 1.5% per month.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials provided by Hard Nut Inc remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their own data and content.

Limitation of Liability

Hard Nut Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a Service Agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.

Third-Party Services

AI Point BD is a product of HARD NUT INC. Use of AI Point BD services is subject to their own terms and policies.
