Data Deletion Policy

Hard Nut Inc respects your right to control your personal data. This policy explains how you can request deletion of your data from our systems.

What Data We Hold

We store contact information you provide (name, email, phone, company), service records, communication history, and technical support logs. We do not store sensitive personal data, payment card information, or passwords in plain text.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us at adolrashid73@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include your full name and the email address associated with your account or inquiry. We will verify your identity before processing.

Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days. If we require additional time, we will notify you with a clear explanation. Certain information may be retained if required by Bangladeshi law or for legitimate business purposes (such as tax records).

What Gets Deleted

We will permanently delete all personally identifiable information from our active systems, backups, and logs. Service records may be anonymized rather than fully deleted for legal and audit purposes. Anonymized data cannot be linked back to you.

Third-Party Data

If your data has been shared with third-party service providers (including cloud storage and AI service providers like AI Point BD), we will instruct them to delete your data as well, in accordance with their data processing agreements.
